Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MindBoggle Labs, we pride ourselves on delivering premium STEM education and digital services. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all students and developers, our booking structure operates under the following strict policy terms.

1. Standard Course Cancellations

If a booked meeting or lesson is missed, or if the student is five minutes late for the lesson without prior notice, the lesson is automatically cancelled and the associated fees are forfeited.

You are permitted to reschedule your class or consultation up to twenty-four hours before your actual scheduled booking time without penalty.

2. Premium Discounted Bundles

Our Scratch Mastery Bundles offer extensive learning at heavily discounted rates relative to our standard single-session pricing.

We professionally regret that NO REFUNDS are granted on any discounted Premium Course/Lesson Bundles.

If bundle bookings are not completely exhausted at the end of the recommended time period (Three months for 5-Session Bundles; Six months for 10-Session Bundles), the remaining lessons are forfeited.

3. Partial Refunds for Multi-Session Bookings

For standard multi-session courses (such as the Virtual Robot series):

• If a booking consists of two or more sessions and a refund is requested, the standard cost of any already-completed sessions will be strictly deducted from the final refund amount.

4. Processing Secure Refunds (Paystack / SnapScan)

Refunds cannot be processed automatically through the Customer Dashboard for security reasons. All refund requests must be initiated via email.

Approved refunds will be securely processed manually by our administration team directly back to your original payment method via the Paystack or SnapScan merchant gateway.
